📌 Position Overview

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Associate Analyst – Learning Administration at its Hyderabad office. This role is part of the HR Services team supporting Deloitte’s North-South Europe (NSE) operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support related to learning and training programs, ensuring smooth coordination of training sessions, maintaining records, and delivering high-quality support to internal teams and users.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Add and manage training classes within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Process scheduled reports related to learning activities.

• Prepare and provide delegate lists for training sessions.

• Distribute digital learning materials and pre-course resources.

• Close training sessions and process post-training feedback and evaluations.

• Ensure all system updates and administrative activities are completed accurately within defined timelines.

• Maintain compliance with data protection policies and organizational procedures.

• Work within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational guidelines.

• Support additional learning administration tasks as required by the team.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree in any discipline

• 0–1 year of experience in learning administration, customer service, or back-office operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
