About the Role
This position is part of a global technology team that supports large-scale digital financial platforms used by millions of users every day. The systems enable secure services such as digital payments, money transfers, lending, and savings.
As an Associate Engineer, you will be involved in operational support, system upgrades, and platform maintenance. The role requires close coordination with cross-border teams and exposure to enterprise-level infrastructure and financial technology solutions.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Supporting day-to-day operations of enterprise applications
Working with global teams across multiple locations and functions
Performing system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
Assisting with new platform integrations and deployments
Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system stabilit
Participating in rotational shifts and on-site assignments when required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Working knowledge of Linux or Unix environments
Experience or exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Shell
Familiarity with container-based technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Willingness to work in a 24×7 support environment
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Understanding of monitoring and logging tools
Basic knowledge of databases, especially Oracle
Awareness of IT service management processes
Exposure to financial systems, telecom, or enterprise IT platforms
Experience in incident, change, or service operations is an advantage
