JIO Hiring – Associate Business Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst (Associate Level) to assist in understanding business needs and translating them into clear functional requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on exposure to business analysis practices and stakeholder coordination.
Key Duties
Interact with stakeholders to capture and understand business requirements
Prepare requirement documents and functional specifications under guidance
Support business teams through basic data analysis and reporting
Develop and maintain documentation such as BRDs and workflow diagrams
Assist in creating test scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, ECE preferred)
0 to 3 years of relevant experienc
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office tools; basic understanding of databases is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
