Educational Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Must be from 2026 graduating batch

• Should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Computer Science

  • Engineering

  • Finance

  • Business

  • or any related field

• No active backlogs

• Should not have prior full-time work experience

• If you have completed an apprenticeship before, there must be a minimum 365-day gap before starting a new one

Required Skills

Applicants should have:

• Basic knowledge of data management (governance, integration, security)

• Understanding of analytics and visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)

• Ability to work with data and understand business reporting needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills 

Having these skills will be an advantage:

• Familiarity with Azure tools like:

  • Azure Purview

  • Azure Synapse Analytics

  • Power BI

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and data modeling

• Understanding of data models like:

  • Star schema

  • Snowflake schema

• Experience with data formats such as:

  • JSON

  • CSV

  • XML

• Awareness of data governance concepts like:

  • Metadata management

  • RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

• Ability to analyze and document data workflows

• Interest in using AI copilots/tools for productivity

Role Responsibilities

1) Data Governance & Data Integration

• Follow data governance processes using platforms like Azure Purview

• Maintain data security, consistency, and compliance

• Combine data from different sources for analytics needs

• Work with both structured and unstructured data formats

2) Analytics & Solution Building

• Build and manage reporting solutions and data models

• Create metadata and schemas to improve data discovery

• Apply BI data modeling techniques for business reporting

• Develop scalable analytics solutions for business use cases

3) Data Workflow & Pipeline Optimization

• Identify and fix data quality issues

• Improve pipeline performance using indexing, caching, and partitioning

• Implement RBAC to control secure data access

4) Dashboard Development & Reporting

• Create interactive dashboards in Power BI

• Ensure accurate and consistent reporting outputs

• Perform EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) to find insights

5) Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders

• Document data models, dashboards, and data flows

• Present insights in a clear way for different audiences

6) Data Management Tasks

• Monitor and maintain pipelines and storage systems

• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries

• Build reusable reports, datasets, and templates

Job Description 

As a Technology Consulting Apprentice, you will work on real-world cloud data projects using Microsoft Azure services. Your work will include data integration, governance, transformation, and analytics. You will use tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Purview, Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Fabric to build secure and reliable data solutions.
You will also explore AI-powered copilots to improve productivity and deliver smarter data workflows.
