About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Automation Associate (Python Developer) to join our technology team. This role involves developing scalable Python-based applications and building intelligent automation solutions to support enterprise platforms. The candidate will contribute to creating a SaaS-driven Data Fabric and Data Mesh ecosystem from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Python applications and automation frameworks.
Build automation workflows and scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with architecture, IT, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain scripts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct testing (unit and integration) to ensure reliability and performance.
Maintain technical documentation for processes and automation tools.
Automation & System Integration
Create end-to-end automation solutions (RPA exposure is an added advantage).
Integrate automation tools with enterprise systems such as SAP, legacy platforms, and web applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth execution of automated processes.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed automation solutions.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Python programming.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data responsibly.
