Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Experience Requirement
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in software development
Technical Skills Required
Strong working knowledge of C++ (C++17 or above) or Java (Java 17 or later)
Exposure to other programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# is an added advantage
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, multithreading, and concurrency
Familiarity with event-driven systems, queues, locks, and scheduling concepts
Experience or understanding of relational and non-relational databases
Ability to write and understand SQL queries
Knowledge of Agile development practices and software engineering standards
Awareness of CI/CD pipelines, source control, build processes, testing, and deployment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience working on SaaS-based enterprise products
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and container-based architectures
Experience in data processing or analytics technologies
Participation in open-source projects, hackathons, or personal technical projects
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable client-side and server-side software components
Identify, analyze, and resolve product defects and production issues
Handle assigned development and bug-fix tasks with guidance when required
Use AI-based tools during different stages of development
Analyze logs, crash reports, and system traces to troubleshoot issues
Write clean, efficient code and automated tests while following coding standards
Ensure software quality, reliability, and performance
Understand how individual modules integrate with the overall product
Learn new technologies, tools, and engineering best practices continuously
Work in a hybrid engineering environment with product managers, architects, and senior engineers
Maintain proper documentation including RCA and fix details
Share progress updates and challenges with mentors and team members
