Role Summary
The Associate – Data Operations role is designed for individuals interested in working with structured data used in machine learning and analytics systems. The role involves preparing, validating, and evaluating data while ensuring consistency and accuracy. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to advanced assessment technologies.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in building clean and dependable datasets for analytics and machine learning use
Collect and organize raw data into standardized formats
Review and assess candidate responses based on defined quality frameworks
Develop and maintain evaluation criteria for different content formats
Create assessment questions and data prompts
Coordinate and monitor data collection activities
Support automation and scripting for data pipelines
Analyze evaluation outcomes to maintain data accuracy and reliability
Work collaboratively with internal teams and research experts
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication and comprehension skills
Ability to work independently with sustained concentration
High attention to detail and quality standards
Foundational knowledge of databases and SQL
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python
Positive attitude with strong ownership and teamwork skills
