Selected candidates will receive practical industry exposure along with a monthly stipend. The training locations will be Pune and Gujarat.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed B.E/B.Tech in one of the following engineering disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering
Automobile Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Civil Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Eligibility Criteria
Only 2024 and 2025 pass-out freshers are eligible
Minimum 60% marks required in 10th, 12th, and Engineering
No active backlogs or ATKT at the time of application
Maximum 2 years of education gap is allowed
Candidates should not have previously signed an Apprenticeship contract under NATS with any other organization
Required Skills
Basic understanding of machinery maintenance
Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
Familiarity with manufacturing resource planning
Awareness of quality standards and procedures
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership mindset and teamwork skills
Role Overview
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, selected candidates will work under experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to real-world industrial environments. The role focuses on learning core automotive manufacturing and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Work across different departments, business units, and functional roles
Gain practical exposure in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing planning
Develop technical knowledge through on-the-job industrial training
Learn and apply problem-solving techniques in manufacturing scenarios
Understand part procurement, production supervision, and quality systems
Participate in cross-functional projects and team-based assignments
Continuously upgrade skills by learning new tools, technologies, and industry practices
