This recruitment is open to fresh engineering graduates from various disciplines who are looking to start their careers in the core industry sector. Training Stipend: ₹30,000 per month
Post-Training CTC: ₹7 Lakhs per annum

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed or be in the final year (graduating in 2026) of a full-time engineering degree in one of the following branches:
Ceramic
Chemical
Civil
Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / IEM
Mechanical
Metallurgy
Mineral
Mining
Additional Conditions
Candidates who completed a 3-year diploma and joined engineering directly in the second year are also eligible.
The degree must be from an AICTE/UGC-recognized full-time program.
Only candidates who passed their qualifying exam in or after March 2022 can apply.
Preference will be given to applicants domiciled in Jharkhand, Punjab, Maharashtra, or Odisha.
Academic Requirements
General Category: Minimum 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA
PwD / Transgender / SC / ST: Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA
🏢 Training & Career Progression
Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year training program as Engineer Trainees.
Performance will be assessed periodically during the training period.
After successful completion, candidates may be appointed as Assistant Manager (IL6).
If a candidate fails to complete the degree or does not provide proof of passing by 31 August 2026, the training may be discontinued.
🎂 Age Limit (As of 01 January 2026)
General Category: Up to 30 years
Transgender / PwD / SC / ST: Up to 32 years
💰 Salary & Benefits
During Training:
Monthly stipend of ₹30,000 (all-inclusive)
Medical insurance coverage for self:
₹2.5 Lakhs hospitalization coverage per year
₹6,000 OPD coverage annually
After Training Completion:
Annual CTC of ₹7 LPA
Additional benefits and allowances as per company policies
📝 Selection Procedure
The recruitment process will include:

Behavioural assessment
Personal interview (virtual or face-to-face)
