Role Summary

The Developer L1 role is responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. The position involves working with cross functional teams to deliver reliable, high quality solutions while following established development standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Understand functional and technical requirements of applications
Support software design based on system workflows and data analysis
Develop applications following defined development life cycle practices
Identify issues and assist in root cause analysis
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Coordinate with analysts, project leads, and development teams

Development Responsibilities

Write efficient and maintainable code under guidance
Create and execute test cases for validation and quality assurance
Fix defects and enhance existing software modules
Support performance improvements and system upgrades
Ensure applications meet quality and delivery expectations
Prepare technical documents and progress reports
Participate in daily status discussions with team members

Client and Process Support

Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
Gather feedback to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Respond professionally to client queries and requests
Support documentation throughout project execution

Performance Expectations

Ensure timely deployment and smooth system implementation
Maintain high quality standards in software delivery
Support customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution
Submit accurate reports and updates as required

Required Skills

Basic understanding of software development concepts
Knowledge of coding standards and structured programming
Problem solving and analytical thinking ability
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Educational Qualification

Engineering graduate or equivalent qualification
Open to fresh graduates and eligible batch candidates
