Role Purpose (Junior Engineer)

In this role, you will support the development of software-based solutions by working on designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying models/simulations as per project requirements. You may also work with engineering software tools and help in improving system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions based on client/project requirements

• Work with engineering tools like CAD/CAE to create models

• Test prototypes and validate conditions such as stress, impact, etc.

• Prepare technical specifications and check feasibility of systems

• Build prototypes using engineering drawings and CAD designs

• Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for new requirements

• Run simulations in virtual environments for optimized results

• Maintain and upgrade software to improve performance and reduce cost

• Identify improvement areas and enhance applications

• Follow standard engineering processes and project guidelines

• Provide technical support and resolve issues when needed

• Fix defects raised by clients/integration teams via ticket resolution

• Create verification plans and maintain quality standards

• Debug, maintain, and upgrade systems within timelines

• Deploy solutions and review user feedback

• Ensure compliance with project schedules and industry standards

• Maintain reports, documentation, and design records

• Share weekly/monthly updates as required

• Maintain change history and recommendations

• Manage client timesheets accurately

• Prepare knowledge transfer (KT) documents and project history
