Eligibility & Skills
BE / BS degree with strong academic performance
Certification such as A+ or Microsoft System Administration is an advantage
Basic understanding of desktop and laptop hardware support
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Office productivity tools
Knowledge of troubleshooting software and system issues
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

About the IT Team
The IT Support team at ZS plays a critical role in enabling employees and clients to work efficiently. The team focuses on delivering reliable infrastructure, secure systems, collaboration tools, customized applications, and continuous technical support to ensure smooth business operations across the organization.
Role Overview
As a Technical Support Associate, you will support day-to-day IT operations by assisting users with hardware, software, and system-related issues. This role involves maintaining desktops and laptops, resolving technical problems, and supporting enterprise IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, install, and troubleshoot laptop and desktop systems
Support users with operating systems and business applications
Assist with hardware repairs, asset tracking, and IT documentation
Install and manage tools such as Windows, macOS, Office 365, MS Teams, and SharePoint
Troubleshoot software, OS, and application-related issues
Provide support for collaboration tools like Zoom and MS Teams
Assist with Active Directory and wireless network troubleshooting (client-side)
Support IT projects and initiatives assigned by the team
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues with a customer-first mindset
