Responsibilities :

A candidate will be responsible for investigating issues in front-end applications by collecting relevant information, using troubleshooting tools, observing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. A candidate’s role also involves backend activities, such as capturing log files, querying database tables, updating the fields database , and cycling servers to ensure proper system functionality.

A candidate must have effective communication, both verbal and written, which is required aspect for this position. A candidate will collaborates with clients to understand their concerns and works closely with internal teams to address issues efficiently. Throughout the investigation process, A candidate should maintain detailed documentation, including notes, actions taken, resolutions, and knowledge articles, ensuring a comprehensive record of their work.

By prioritizing tasks based on severity, A candidate strikes a balance between meeting client expectations and aligning with business goals. This prioritization ensures that critical issues are addressed promptly while maintaining overall workflow efficiency. Eligibility criteria:

The eligibility criteria for this position requires a candidate to have at least six months of experience and a bachelor’s degree. The degree should be in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.

A candidate should have a basic understanding of SQL and be open to working shifts, including the evening shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST. A candidate must also be prepared to work in rotating shifts and provide on-call support as needed.

Strong interpersonal skills are required for this position. A candidate should be able to communicate effectively with team members and collaborators across different time zones. This involves clear and professional verbal and written communication to ensure smooth coordination.
