Accountablity:
Provide exceptional customer support in the cloud environment.
Resolve customer cases through telephone, email, and web/live chat.
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with customers to identify and address root causes of issues.
Handle a broad spectrum of technical issues across various AWS services.
Work on critical and highly complex problems involving multiple AWS services.
Mentor and guide new hires to support their onboarding process.
Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Partner with development teams to address complex issues and enable contact deflection initiatives.
Offer constructive feedback to internal teams to enhance AWS services and processes.
Participate in leadership initiatives aimed at improving customer experience (CX).
Ensure compliance by adhering to AWS global standards, practices, and policies.
Write tools and scripts to streamline and boost team efficiency.
Contribute actively to hiring processes and assist in onboarding new team members.
Enhance customer experience during critical events through effective communication and resolution strategies.
Create tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles for the developer community.
Stay updated with and utilize cutting-edge technologies.
Participate in summits, events, or focused training opportunities to further develop expertise.
Represent AWS at global events and summits by presenting training sessions or talks.
Collaborate with engineers worldwide to resolve customer issues effectively.
Work alongside leadership to strategize and improve technical support processes.
Criteria:
The candidate should possess 0-1 years of experience in Linux systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, or DevOps. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, or PHP is essential.
A strong background in troubleshooting and support is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
Skills:
The candidate should have a basic understanding of operating system concepts and experience with Linux/Unix systems administration (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris).
The candidate should possess foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and databases.
The candidate must demonstrate strong customer focus and exceptional multitasking skills.
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies is required.
