Roles and Responsibilities:


1. A Candidate will be responsible for remotely monitoring the efficiency for functioning of the assigned sites via out bound call, emails and by coordination with field executives.


2. A Candidate will be responsible for Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations.


3. A Candidate will be responsible for training and directing sellers for execution and adherence of norms and practices.


4. A Candidate will be responsible for devising and deploying SOP's, analyzing data, and proposing features and processes, which focus on improving the Seller experience.


5. A Candidate might be Willing to work on weekends.






BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics- Experience with Excel
