About the Role
We are hiring a skilled Java Backend Developer to work on enterprise payment platforms. The selected candidate will help build, improve, and modernize backend systems that support secure and high-volume transactions. This role also includes upgrading legacy applications to modern technology frameworks.
You will be part of a collaborative team working on scalable and performance-driven solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Create and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
Improve system performance, security, and reliability.
Support migration of old systems to new technology stacks.
Connect applications with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Follow coding standards and perform unit testing.
Work with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems like Git.
Identify and resolve technical issues in production.
Contribute to Agile development and CI/CD practices.
Qualification & Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Strong experience in Java backend development.
Good knowledge of:
Java (8 or above)
Spring Boot and related frameworks
REST API development
Experience with relational databases and ORM tools.
Understanding of build and deployment processes.
Exposure to legacy system upgrades is an advantage.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with messaging tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience using testing tools such as JUnit or Mockito.

Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
