 Job Overview

Deloitte is looking for motivated and service-oriented professionals to join its Offshore Development Center (ODC) Team as an Analyst. This role focuses on delivering excellent IT support, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth ODC operations in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through email, phone, and in-person interactions

• Handle IT incidents and service requests using ServiceNow

• Coordinate with ODC stakeholders and IT teams for daily operations

• Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation on SharePoint

• Support onboarding and offboarding of ODC users and devices

• Configure and manage ODC endpoints and assets

• Assist with vulnerability management, compliance checks, and remediation

• Track assets, invoices, and operational data accurately

• Prepare reports, presentations, and fortnightly ODC updates

• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder calls, and share MOMs

• Support audit readiness and process documentation

• Provide local infrastructure support when required (LAN, WAN, Telephony)

• Adhere to SLTs, security policies, and standard operating procedures

 Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / Engineering graduate or equivalent

• Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows 11, Linux, Thin Clients, IoT

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Basic understanding of Windows scripting, GPOs, Networking & SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Certification

• Microsoft MCITP Certification

• Knowledge of system/network security

• Certified Qualys VMDR
