Position Overview
IRIS is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Software Engineer with a strong interest in full stack development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in enterprise web application development using Microsoft technologies within a collaborative and learning focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development testing and maintenance of web based applications using .NET technologies
• Work on both server side and client side application components
• Write clean structured and maintainable code under senior developer guidance
• Participate in requirement discussions sprint meetings and code reviews
• Identify fix and support resolution of application issues
• Follow software development life cycle processes and coding best practices
• Assist with database queries data handling and application integration
• Coordinate with QA and cross functional teams during development cycles

Required Technical Skills

Backend Technologies
• C# ASP.NET ASP.NET Core
• Basic understanding of MVC architecture and Web APIs

Frontend Technologies
• HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Bootstrap jQuery or any modern frontend framework
• Exposure to Angular or React is an added advantage

Database Knowledge
• SQL or Oracle with basic CRUD operations and joins

Tools and Concepts
• Visual Studio or VS Code
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control
• Understanding of object oriented programming concepts
• Basic understanding of RESTful services

Good to Have

• Awareness of Agile or Scrum methodology
• Academic projects or internship experience in .NET or web development

Educational Qualification

• BE BTech MCA or MSc in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience are eligible

Soft Skills

• Strong learning mindset and problem solving ability
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
