In this position, you will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets and transforming them into meaningful business insights. The role requires working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and delivering data-backed solutions that support operational and strategic decisions.

You will also contribute to building performance dashboards, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

💼 Core Responsibilities

• Gather and examine data from multiple internal sources

• Identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators

• Design and maintain business dashboards and reports

• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis

• Develop predictive and analytical models where required

• Validate and cleanse data to maintain accuracy

• Communicate insights effectively to management teams

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making

✅ Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence

• Strong command over SQL, Python, R, or related tools

• Hands-on experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

• Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders

• Capability to manage tasks independently in a fast-moving environment

🎓 Additional Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Advanced querying and data extraction experience

• Certifications in Data Technology, Agile, or Project Management

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (advantageous)
