🧑‍💻 Role Overview

The Data Analyst role focuses on working with financial and investment datasets, including public equity filings, private market data, ESG taxonomies, and fund data.

You will be responsible for data collection, validation, analysis, and supporting internal teams with accurate insights.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and manage financial and investment data
• Handle client/internal queries related to datasets
• Ensure data accuracy as per company methodologies and policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues
• Learn and follow research methods and process standards
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

💻 Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and MS Office tools
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple tasks
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance) with minimum 60% marks

⏰ Work Schedule

Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts:

• Early Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• General Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3 PM – 12 AM
• Night Shift: 8 PM – 5 AM
