🧑💻 Role Overview
The role involves providing Service Desk Level 1 (L1) technical support for resolving incidents and service requests.
The focus is on ensuring high-quality customer service, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
📋 Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical support to customers
• Log and manage incidents, service requests, and problems accurately
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when required
• Ensure resolution within defined service levels (SLAs)
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
• Develop knowledge articles to improve support processes
• Deliver high customer satisfaction and service quality
💻 Required Skills
• Basic understanding of technical support and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills (verbal & written in English)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Professional and courteous behavior
🎓 Educational Qualification
• Any Graduate
📌 Prerequisites
• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Ability to meet internal KPIs and service standards
• Willingness to learn and upgrade technical knowledge
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Flexible to travel if required
