🧑💻 Role Overview
The Associate Systems Administrator will work in a 24/7 Cloud Reliability team responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of production infrastructure and applications.
The role focuses on incident management, cloud monitoring, automation, and infrastructure support.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues
Track and resolve incidents in production environments
Participate in software release processes and infrastructure monitoring
Maintain and manage observability and support tools
Develop and maintain technology performance metrics
Collaborate with development, QA, product management, and operations teams
Automate tasks using Python, Terraform, and PowerShell
Maintain documentation such as runbooks, monitoring tools, and knowledge bases
💻 Required Skills
Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure and system administration
Understanding of monitoring and troubleshooting applications
Knowledge of Python scripting or automation tools
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
🎓 Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Note: Industry certifications related to cloud or infrastructure are desirable but not mandatory.
⏰ Work Schedule
Shift Model: 3 shifts per day
6 AM – 3 PM IST
1 PM – 10 PM IST
9 PM – 6 AM IST
Work Pattern:
Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Work From Home: Monday, Friday
